e\u011fitimini Beypazar\u0131\u2019nda tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra 1983 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nden mezun oldu.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Askeri savc\u0131 olarak tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 askerlik sonras\u0131nda, Yava\u015f 13 y\u0131l boyunca Beypazar\u0131\u2019nda serbest avukatl\u0131k yapt\u0131.<\/p><\/div><div><p>1989-1994 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda belediye meclis \u00fcyeli\u011fi yapan Yava\u015f, 1994 y\u0131l\u0131nda Beypazar\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan Aday\u0131 oldu. 1999 y\u0131l\u0131nda belediye se\u00e7imlerini y\u00fczde 51 oy oran\u0131yla kazanarak Beypazar\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 oldu. 18 Nisan 2004 se\u00e7imlerinde ise, oy oran\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rarak ikinci kez y\u00fczde 55 ile Beypazar\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na se\u00e7ildi.<\/p><\/div><div><p>29 Mart 2009 yerel se\u00e7imlerinde Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan Aday\u0131 olarak ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fczde 27\u2019lik oy oran\u0131yla dikkat \u00e7ekti. 2014 Yerel Se\u00e7imlerinde Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi\u2019nden Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan aday\u0131 olan Yava\u015f, y\u00fczde 43.83 oy oran\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p><\/div><div><p>T\u00fcrk\u00e7e\u2019nin korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla T\u00fcrk Dil Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan onur \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclen Ba\u015fkan Yava\u015f, 24 Eyl\u00fcl 2004 tarihinde T\u00dcS\u0130AV taraf\u0131ndan \u201cY\u0131l\u0131n Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131\u201d se\u00e7ildi.<\/p><\/div><div><p>\u00dcniversitelerin, halk\u0131n ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n deste\u011fiyle uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201csosyal belediyecilik\u201d anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla \u201cBeypazar\u0131 Modeli\u201dnin de mimar\u0131 olarak an\u0131lan Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mansur Yava\u015f, Beypazar\u0131\u2019na ikinci kez ba\u015fkan se\u00e7ildikten sonra uluslararas\u0131 festivaller, \u015f\u00f6lenler, bina restorasyonlar\u0131, konaklama kapasitesinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve yerel lezzetlerin tan\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 ile Beypazar\u0131\u2019na ve Ba\u015fkent\u2019e turizm anlam\u0131nda katk\u0131da bulundu, b\u00f6lgede s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir istihdam sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Ba\u015fkent\u2019te 31 Mart 2019 yerel se\u00e7imlerinde % 50.93 oy oran\u0131yla b\u00fcy\u00fck ba\u015far\u0131 g\u00f6stererek Ankara B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediye Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na se\u00e7ilen Mansur Yava\u015f, evli ve iki \u00e7ocuk
